로컬 바이브 좋아하신다면 꼭 가보세요! 한국 갈비탕에 당면 넣은것에 비유하기에는 차원이 다른 맛입니다!! 걸쭉하고 진한 육수를 좋아하신다면 분명히 신세계를 맛볼거예요. 작은사이즈 100밧 큰사이즈 150밧입니다. 드실거면 무조건 큰걸로 드세요. 여행 첫날 맛보고 두고두고 생각나서 마지막날에 한 번 더 먹고 갑니다 ㅎㅎ (무조건 현금결제입니다)

仕事中に少し遅いランチで訪問。もつ煮が有名との事で、もつ煮の麺入りを注文しました。一口食べて、もつ煮だけでは、この料理の本質を理解できない事を悟り、仕事熱心な私は午後にアポがないことを確認してから、チャンビールをオーダー。ビールなしには完成しない味だと思います。なんていうか、良い意味でコクがなく、あっさり系の牛骨スープ。煮込まれた牛肉やモツはホロホロで、歯がボロボロな私でも大丈夫。お昼ご飯で訪問したのに、追加でもういっぱい、今度は麺なしで注文し、ビールのアテとして堪能しました。お客さんのほとんどは観光客、昔はミシュランに掲載されていた超有名だったようです。正直、スーパー美味しいとまでは言いません、価格も安くはないし、店内もちょっと汚いし、合わない人も多いと思います。でも、仕事で嫌な事があったりで、昼間っから一杯飲むか、っていう中年以上のサラリーマンにはピッタリなお店だと思います。

When I had my first bite of the soup, it was a little salty. After that, I added sugar and it was okay. The seats were very hot. I didn't know there was an air-conditioning room on the second floor. But the meat was so good. The beef was delicious and the ribs were good. It was my second visit and I was satisfied.
