เป็นศาลที่ตั้งอยู่ในโซนตลาดสด ภายในศาลมีคนคอยดูแลและให้คำแนะนำอยู่ ภายในศาลเจ้ามีทั้งเทพไทยฮินดูพราหมณ์ และกุมารทองมีครบหมด ส่วนองค์พ่อพระพิฆเนศจะตั้งอยู่ตรงกลางศาล สามารถนำรถมาจอดได้ที่ที่ว่าการอำเภอพระประแดง แล้วเดินอ้อมไปยังศาลได้ไม่ไกล มาถึงให้ จุดธูปบูชาฟ้าดินก่อนห้าดอก จากนั้นจึงทำบุญตามการศรัทธาบูชาดอกไม้ จะเป็นชุดใหญ่ก็ 100 บาทสำหรับชุดที่ประกอบด้วยของบูชาเช่นกล้วยผลไม้ต่างๆ สามารถนำไปไหว้ได้ตรงกลางและนำของบูชาวางที่หน้าองค์พระพิฆเนศ เสร็จแล้วก็นำรูปไปปักดันหน้าศาลและเดินวนเข้ามาปิดทองที่องค์พ่อพระพิฆเนศ ภายในยังมีเทพและพระพุทธะโสธร พระแม่ลักษมี ไอ้ไข่วัดเจดีย์ และเทพเจ้าองค์อื่นๆให้สักการะบูชา ที่ค่อนข้างเล็กเพราะจะเป็นศาลเจ้าเล็กภายในตลาดสด
