Marco is the undisputed greatest bartender we’ve met in Antwerp, by a long shot. We had had a surprisingly large meal before arriving, and I was beginning to loose hope for a revival. But Marco made quick work of my fears and turned a slow and near dead night into an ecstatic party of laughs and amazing hospitality. As we came stumbling back to the hotel at 3 in the morning, one thing was clear - Marco is a mad genius.
