Tenía muchas ganas de conocer este sitio, ya que comparto la filosofía de este restaurante. Me alegra ver que ya empiezan haber restaurantes consciente como éste. Solo puedo decir que la experiencia fue excelente, me sentí como en casa. La dueña es muy simpática, te lo explica todo y si tienes alguna duda está ahí para resolvertelo. Empezamos con la limonada antiinflamatoria (riquísima, una manera de acompañar la comida de manera más consciente). De entrantes pedimos la tabla de quesos hechos con anacardos ( brutal, esos quesos les gusta hasta la gente que no es de quesos porque son brutales, pero que te digo del pan crujiente que los acompaña de harina sarraceno y cebolla uffff me enamoré); también de entrantes pedimos crema del día que era de calabacín y leche de coco (buenísima). De plato principal pedimos los noris y el arroz ( solo puedo decir que estaba de espectáculo). Para cerrar, el postre fue la tarta de calabaza y algarroba ( para chuparse los dedos), un té de kukicha y el sustituto al café fue la achicoria que hace un sabor similar. Yo solo os puedo decir que debemos ser conscientes de lo que comemos y os recomiendo si no estáis todavía en esa fase, descubrir el sitio y dejaros llevar porque os va a encantar!
