Sin duda verlo es de obligado cumplimiento si vas a Alicante ciudad, es una fortaleza con muralla y castillo con gran cantidad de cosas para ver, tienen bares, catas etc. Se tarda entre 2 y 3 horas en visitarlo. Lo mejor del Castillo son las vistas del mirador más alto que se ve toda la ciudad. Se puede acceder gratuitamente por los exteriores del Castillo y también hay otra opción de ascensor que tarda 10 minutos y vale 2,7 euros por persona (subida y bajada incluida). Lo único malo que el empedrado del suelo no es muy apto para carritos de bebés ni para sillas de ruedas. Por lo demás muy bonito!

You have the option to go up the castle via the side walk (not very hard but neither easy) or take the lift (you need a ticket). If you go up via the park you can go down without the need to buying a ticket - pretty convenient. Very little to see and visit in the car itself - enjoy some history and details. Some areas are closed and only the top level room can be visited. The views are majestic and if you come over the sunset, you can really enjoy a nice romantic moment.
