I had the pleasure of dining at this charming Copenhagen restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The intimate, welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an evening of refined, innovative Danish cuisine. Highlights included the teriyaki-glazed venison carpaccio—perfectly balanced and flavorful—and the dry-aged veal prime rib, which was incredibly tender and expertly cooked. The restaurant felt good from the start. I am coeliac and need a gluten-free diet which they understood and gave me lots of options. I left my cap, and went back the next day, the member of staff went above and beyond to find it. Great food and customer service.
