I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the ice cream joint Nyhvan 40 in Copenhagen, Denmark. I stopped here for an ice cream while strolling through the beautiful Nyhavn district in Copenhagen, and it was an excellent choice. I had a scoop of blackcurrant, and the flavor was incredibly intense and delicious – really well made. A great ice cream shop that I can definitely recommend if you want to enjoy both the charm of the neighborhood and a treat for the palate.
