DR Koncerthuset is an impressive venue with stunning architecture – modern, elegant, and truly eye-catching both inside and out. The concert hall itself has excellent acoustics, with sound that feels rich and balanced from every angle. Seating is comfortable, and the layout ensures great views of the stage wherever you sit. On the practical side, there are some drawbacks. The toilet facilities are limited and not ideal for the size of the audience, which leads to long waiting times during intermissions. That part could definitely be improved. On the positive side, the bar offers a broad selection of drinks, and the overall atmosphere of the venue makes it a very special place to experience live music. In short, DR Koncerthuset delivers superb concerts in a beautiful setting – but be prepared for queues at the facilities.

Den store koncertsal er et fantastisk rum - både æstetisk og akustisk. Men vejen dertil gennem "Mordor" forstår jeg nok aldrig. Krydsfiner, rå betonvægge og rulletrapper, der aldrig passer strømmen af mennesker - det står virkelig ikke mål med den luksus, der venter i salen. De to mindre koncertsalen har heller ingen charme - ud over "tryk" på væggene af kendte danske kunstnere gennem tiden. Det bedste man kan sige om dem, er at de ikke distraherer fra hvad der foregår på scenen.
