北欧の中でも長い歴史を持つコペンハーゲン。その街が歩んできた約800年もの歴史を、まるごと体験できるような場所でした。展示物の中心は、古くからの街の歴史ですが、近年新しく生まれた移民文化など、現代のコペンハーゲンに関する情報も充実していて、この街の現在と過去を深く知ることができました。 特に面白かったのは、博物館の前の小さな庭に置かれたミニチュアのコペンハーゲンです。古都全体の様子を俯瞰して見ることができ、この後の街歩きの予習にもなってとても役立ちました。 哲学者の**ソーレン・キルケゴール**の部屋も見逃せません。彼の遺品や全著作が揃っていて、デンマークが誇る思想家の足跡に静かに触れることができました。 見学の後は、併設されているカフェ「**Aunt T**」で一休み。1900年代のコペンハーゲンのティールームをイメージしているそうで、アンティークの家具に囲まれて、落ち着いた時間を過ごすことができました。アフタヌーンティーや軽食も提供しているので、ゆっくりと旅の疲れを癒すのにおすすめです。
