Self ordering presents a challenge. So much to choose. Kept asking for sauce dip preferences which was confusing. Took ne 20 minutes to order. Waited 20 mins for food to be delivered. A very noisy environment. Difficult to talk. Food was good. But wouldn't go again as it wasn't customer friendly.

came in for the first time today and was served by lucy who was so helpful and cheerful considering it was so busy, the food still came hot and fresh and even got a free gravy with the app offer. we’ll definitely be back soon!

Visited slims many of times, yesterday we were served by the lovely Lucy, excellent customer service and nice to be greeted with a smile. Definitely recommend giving slims a try! Food is 10/10
