Had a lovely time here browsing the models and playing a board game. We had tea and chips which went down very well! Staff were great.

The cosiest corner in Chester for roleplaying games and trading cards. Plenty of tables, great selection of boosters, and a menu brimming with choice. The Dr. Bad Boon (banana & peanut butter) and Chocolate Thunder milkshakes come highly recommended! Other Geek Retreat chains could learn a lot from the host of this place, as the manager was enthusiatic to talk about what services were on offer at their store, and ask us about our session of Magic: The Gathering Commander! On our second day there, we were also given a Welcome Booster and some cards in thanks for our first purchases! One final note is that it's great to see another store that has baby changing facilities and feminine hygiene products, its always pleasant to see stores going sbove and beyond! We look forward to coming here as often as we can whenever we're in or near Chester!
