If I could give minus stars. I would. Really really disappointed. We’ve been in chester for almost 3 years now and tried a couple of kebab places. The guys that used to run the shop before were really nice. Would make small talk and would wave at us if they saw us on the street. However, those guys aren’t there anymore and the quality of service and food has went downhill. We used ro take a mix big platter of kebab that cane with chips, now the price of that increased to £18+ and the portion is not even enough for one person. Asking them questions isnt any good they just shrug and stare at you. I request everyone to avoid. Not worth it.

I had such horrible experience with the Staff last weekend. I occasionally go here to eat and their food is nice, but when I I popped in to get some chips and cheese. The old guy cooked the chips but I noticed he added the old chips in the container to the new fresh the cooked chips And when I questioned why he did that, I obviously didn’t want to eat the old greasy chips along with the freshly cooked chips. The younger one instantly got angry and refunded my money without even asking what was the problem? It was such horrible moment that he didn’t even care about customer service. Eventually, I walked out of there, but it was so rude to be treated like that and unexpected. They should seriously sort out their attitude towards the customers.
