It's a great place. loads to do. But make sure you have money after you have paying to get in as it's a bit pricey for food and drinks.

Attended the SEND session recently and although it is a good size, fun place to be. The behaviour of the staff did sour our experience somewhat. I completely understand the need to have rules for the safety of everyone but in a SEND session with reduced numbers I would trust me as a parent to not bounce my child across the room or do anything that will harm them. Not to mention that the repeated, although polite reminders about this rule or that, just saps the fun out of it and puts me on edge having to watch over my shoulder to see if I am doing things right or not. Then on top of that I have to try and impose those rules onto my SEND child which is just even more difficult. My point is, if a child has a responsible adult with them maybe trust that person to know what they can or can't do. We already signed a waiver so it is on us at that point in my opinion. Anyway. There is plenty of free parking outside and there is a lift up to the site which is on upstairs otherwise so it is wheelchair accessible. Inside there is a good size trampoline area, a big bouncy castle site and a really cool bouncy football court thing as well as an air bag. If your child likes bouncing this place will keep them entertained for a reasonable price. I would still recommend giving this place a go if you want, it is good but I think the staff could use a bit more common sense when it comes to the application of rules to strike a better balance between letting people have fun and keeping people safe. Right now there is too much on the side of safety and it saps all the fun out of it.
