The food was excellent, with phenomenal flavors. We sat outside in the garden, which was a lovely experience. We ordered food and drinks at the bar, and they have a great selection: beers, cocktails, lagers, ciders, and of course Asahi on tap. My daughter tried the pearl tea, but she wasn’t a fan of the texture of the pearls. A little tip: if you order the braised pork belly rice noodles spicy, make sure you can handle the heat! I’m Mexican and used to eating spicy food, and even for me it was a real challenge. That said, it was absolutely delicious and worth it. Enjoy you visit you won’t be disappointed..

I really enjoyed our visit to The Dumpling Tree. They have decorated the venue beautifully. Outside has a lovely garden area with lights, flowers and benches. Service was good and staff were attentive. I would 100% recommend the BBQ egg fried rice with pork! It’s usually for a place in Cambridge to have parking but there is parking in the restaurant car park, but also free parking on surrounding roads. But make sure you use the iPad to enter in your number plate! Edited in August 2025 to add photos of new dishes tried. Whilst still delicious, the pork dish had change and portions were smaller

Solid, really quickly done, there was a peanut sauce on my chicken satay that was just right, not sweet or anything like that. Validated place.
