Really poor service. Patently you have to queue in a certain direction at a bar. Toilets are very dirty. No paper or towels or soap. This is one to serve at all costs

Problemank volt. A manager holgy kozolte, hogy nincs panaszkonyvuk, problema eseten legyen eleg, hogy google velemenyt irunk. Ez torvenytelen!! Idezem: Magyarországon ma is kötelező panaszkönyvet (vásárlók könyvét) tartani minden vendéglátóhelyen, illetve kereskedelmi egységben, ahol fogyasztókat szolgálnak ki. A vonatkozó szabályozás a 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet alapján írja elő, hogy a fogyasztó részére lehetőséget kell biztosítani írásbeli panasz benyújtására – ennek egyik formája a vásárlók könyve. Főbb tudnivalók: A vásárlók könyvét jól látható, hozzáférhető helyen kell elhelyezni. A panaszkönyvbe beírt panaszt 15 napon belül írásban kell megválaszolni a fogyasztónak. A könyvet hitelesíttetni kell a kereskedelmi hatósággal (általában a járási hivatal).
