Wittamer is a special establishment, even royals don't shy away from visiting. Every delicacy displayed in the showcase has been ordered by Belgian royalty at one point. Surprisingly, the local confectioners manage to give their works of art unusual names, attracting even more attention from tourists and locals alike.

Mio figlio da poco tornato da Bruxelles ci ha regalato una confezione di praline assortite al cioccolato fondente di Wittamer. Sono davvero eccezionali, accostamenti che stupiscono, esperienza sensoriale e gustativa davvero rara. Difficile, purtroppo, trovare un simile livello di prodotto in Italia. L'anno scorso avevamo testato alcune pasticcerie a Bruges ma non raggiungevano questo livello.
