If the Ethiopian restaurant Toukoul had a slogan, it would definitely be "Finger-licking good!". It's noteworthy that the name itself is quite telling - Ethiopian dishes are traditionally eaten with hands only, to fully preserve and experience the flavor of the food.

The interior of the establishment blends two styles that seem completely incompatible at first: European and what the locals call 'artisanal'. Stylish lacquered wood tables, a modern bar counter, and numerous Ethiopian village household items hanging from the ceiling.

At Toukoul, live music plays every Saturday, and dishes are served only on large pans along with flatbread, which is used as edible napkins.

Un magnifique moment qui mérite bien 5 étoiles. Un très bon accueil, la nourriture était vraiment excellente à tous les niveaux. Je vous conseille le jus de bissap qui est terriblement bon ! À revenir impérativement 🤩
