Dit charmante restaurant ademt pure Italiaanse flair, van de warme, gastvrije sfeer tot de verfijnde presentatie van de gerechten. Wat dit restaurant echt bijzonder maakt, is het gebruik van authentieke Siciliaanse ingrediënten, die de smaken van het zonovergoten eiland rechtstreeks naar je bord brengen. Bij binnenkomst word je begroet met een glimlach en een ambiance die doet denken aan een traditionele trattoria, compleet met sfeervolle verlichting en een vleugje mediterrane charme. De menukaart is een ode aan Sicilië: denk aan verse, geurige basilicum, zongerijpte tomaten, romige burrata en de beste olijfolie die je ooit hebt geproefd. Het hoofdgerecht, een pasta alla norma met perfect bereide aubergine en een strooisel van gezouten ricotta, was een meesterwerk van eenvoud en diepte. De tiramisu als dessert was luchtig, romig en precies zoals het hoort. Een absolute aanrader voor wie wil genieten van een culinaire reis naar het zuiden van Italië!
