Teleurgesteld 😞. We hadden, door de goede reviews, hoge verwachtingen maar deze werden niet ingelost. We kozen de surf en turf van steak en lobster 🦞 voor €42, mochten niet echt onze eigen saus kiezen 🥲. Pas op, de chef, tevens eigenaar is een fijne man.. maar wilt het liefst doen zoals hij het wilt. We kregen uiteindelijk de steak zonder saus.. de kreeft die lag dan weer te zwemmen in een schaaltje olie met 5 schijfjes champignon… frietjes waren heel lekker en we kregen mayo en ketchup van het huis. Bakwijzes werden gerespecteerd, gewoon weinig kruiding en sausje niet mogen kiezen.

We had such an incredible experience at Surf and Turf in Bruges that we went two nights in a row! The food was absolutely exceptional, my ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, and my husband had a beautifully presented Dorada, which we had never tried before. It was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the service, truly superb. The chef even came out personally to show my husband how to debone and enjoy the fish properly, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. If you're visiting Bruges, I highly recommend making a stop here. You won’t be disappointed!
