Nestled near the St. Mary's Cathedral and just a stone's throw away from the square is the Gruuthuse Hof restaurant, a place you simply can't miss. The three-story narrow building, constructed with bricks in an age-old "recipe," boasts its own summer terrace, leading the way into the establishment.

The restaurant's structure is framed by large windows, through which you can see the diligent waiters constantly approaching guests, assisting them with their choice of dishes or pouring champagne. Among the menu items, one in particular stands out - mussels with white wine and garlic sauce.

The interior design is expressed in a conservative style, which does not detract from the dining experience. Chairs are covered with pristine white drapes, and huge lamps with dim lighting dangle from the low wooden ceilings.

Sehr schöner kleiner Laden. Der Kaffee und das Bier haben gut geschmeckt und der Mann hinter dem Tresen war sehr freundlich. Nix zu beanstanden und für eine kleine Pause abseits des sonst extrem überfüllten Brügges sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice small place to have a drink and small bite. Nice people. Not expensive, good service. But no toilet.
