Ich war das erste Mal seit sieben Jahren bei Stranero. Und die Pizza ist immer noch so gut wie ganz am Anfang. Lockerer, saftiger Teig, große Luftblasen, richtig guter Eigengeschmack durch die lange Teigruhe. Der fior di latte ist sehr gut eingekauft so wie auch die übrigen Beläge. Von daher ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis echt spitze. Unter 30€ für zwei Personen mit Getränk für die Qualität sind echt eine Ansage. Dann mal zum Richtigstellen: Es ist neapolitanische Pizza, der Teig muss weich sein, das heißt sich verneigen. Wer hier deswegen jammert, hat das Konzept nicht verstanden. Und man muss nicht mit dem Handy bestellen. Es gibt auch klassische Speisekarten aus Papier und Service am Platz.
