CHOI feels just like a well-organized Korean home — serene, warm, and thoughtfully curated. Each dish stays true to traditional Korean roots, with elegant balance and restraint — never overpowered by seasoning, allowing the natural flavors to shine through. From aged raw fish to LA galbi with fresh chives, the composition was both refined and respectful. We paired it all with traditional Korean drinks like makgeolli and Andong soju, finishing with a rare North Korean style juak dessert. Felt truly local — yet effortlessly international. A graceful, thoughtful dining experience where tradition meets creativity.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of dining at CHOI and I must say it was an awesome experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was expertly presented by the friendly staff. What truly impressed me was the knowledge and passion the staff had for Korean cuisine. I learned so much about the different dishes and ingredients! The cold Kong-Guksu was soo good and the dessert (see photo) was the perfect finish of my meal. It was super refreshing and flavorful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a night out with a friend or a romantic dinner. It’s a must-visit. I'll definitely be back for more! 정말 맛있어요

Absolutely lovely atmosphere. The lady who served us was super nice and explained to us every time our dishes and the background. The restaurant is small, but chic and cozy. Loved the food, everything was super tasty.
