Je sais que vous etes assez surpris de ma note, je tiens pour commencer a énoncer les faits qui m ont dans un premier temps interpellé. L installation a du se faire en toute autonomie pas si déroutant mais pas habituelle non plus. Pourla la commande c est au client d aller la transmettre. Mais pour etre honnête c est le rapport qualité prix qui est le plus révélant pour justifier la note. Un smootihie a un prix normalement pas si élevé avec une quantité et qualité adéquate mais dans un vert soufflé qui revient a un volume presque dérisoire on en revient a payer chere la gorgée. Puis simplement les gaufres a trempé dans le œufs deviennent devant nos yeux ébahi des galette de riz coupé en triangle avec assez de fromage pour demander si il a été oublié. On ressort comme venu avec la faim et une carte rechauffé pratique pour un hiver froid. Les photos ne sont certainement pas d actualité. Cordialement le bo gosse de ce matin.

5/5 – Ein Brunch wie ein kalifornischer Traum mit Berliner Coolness! MINTY’s ist wie ein Kurzurlaub nach San Francisco – nur mit besserem Kaffee und ohne Jetlag. Ich hatte Eier à la Benny mit der wohl besten Hollandaise-Soße Berlins – cremig, zitronig, zum Löffeln gut. Die Shakshuka? So würzig und cozy, ich wollte mich reinlegen. Und die Pancakes… fluffiger als mein Kopf an einem Sonntagmorgen. Stylischer Laden, entspannte Vibes, netter Service – und das alles ohne dass man gleich seine Wohnung verpfänden muss. Wenn du denkst, Frühstück ist nur Mittel zum Zweck – geh zu MINTY’s und werde bekehrt. Amen, Avocado!
