Nach einem langen Tag, haben wir in der Gegend um unser Hotel nach einem kleinen „Italiener“ gesucht und diesem im Dolcetto gefunden. Die Trattoria liegt abseits von stärker befahrenen Straßen und sieht schon von außen gemütlich und einladend aus. Ambiente Genau so stelle ich es mir vor. Gemütlich und nicht überbordend dekoriert. Essen Es ist eine kleine, aber feine Speisekarte. Nicht dutzende von Variationen von Pasta & Pizzen, sondern neben diesen noch ein paar Fleisch- & Fischgerichten. Das Vitello Tonnato ist wie aus einem italienischen Kochbuch. Die Pizza Boss ist wirklich lecker und auch die Spaghetti mit Tomate und Speck ist wirklich super. Erstaunlich was mit mit ein paar Zutaten zaubern kann. Der Service Der Service ist wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend und rundet das Gesamtbild zu „Voll zu empfehlen“ ab.
