Wir waren bei Chicago William in Berlin – das Essen war wirklich top! Das Brisket war ein absoluter Traum – zart, saftig und perfekt gewürzt. Auch der Pilzburger war genial – eine richtig leckere vegetarische Option, die nichts vermissen lässt. Ein echtes Highlight war das Freitagsspecial mit Pastrami, das meiner Frau besonders gut geschmeckt hat – würzig, zart und einfach rundum gelungen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die BBQ-Sauce war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu essiglastig – da hätte ich mir etwas mehr Süße oder Rauchigkeit gewünscht. Unbedingt vorher reservieren, der Laden ist zurecht sehr beliebt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Great place the BBQ was outstanding. Try the Mac N Cheese and the chocolate mousse is outstanding. Highly recommemd.
