Die Markthalle 9 ist immer einen Besuch wert. Ein sensationelles pulled Pork bekommt man hier im Big Stuff Smoked BBQ. Meine Frau hat eine Gluten-Unverträglichkeit, das Personal kennt sich gut aus und hat Ihr eine glutenfreie Portion zubereitet. An einem extra Platz in der Küche, extra Brett, Handschuhe und Messer um eine Kontamination zu vermeiden, danke. Auch die Getränke sind sehr gut, besonders das Bier 🍺 Absolutes Highlight ist aber das Pulled Pork… der Geschmack und die zarte Textur ein Traum 🤤
