Bei Tim Raue zu essen war eine Erfahrung, die ihrem Ruf absolut gerecht wurde. Von freundlichen Empfang bis zum Schluss wurden wir perfekt bewirtet. Die Weinempfehlung war super und preislich fair. Jeder Gang war handwerklich perfekt, ausgefeilt und vor allem lecker. Die für Raue bekannte Schärfe stach ab und zu heraus war aber nie unangenehm. Besonders habe ich mich über das Überraschungsdessert zu meinem Geburtstag gefreut. Den Ruhm des Wasabi Kaisergranat habe ich absolut verstanden. Preislich lagen wir zu zweit mit Trinkgeld bei ca. 800€.

amazing. the vegan menu was ridiculously good--i substituted the asparagus and it was delicious. the curry was also incredible. great service and the space itself is lovely, fantastic service. this is my first michelin star restaurant and i had such a great time :)

Ich war mit meinem Lebensgefährten vor zwei Jahren hier und würde es jederzeit wieder tun (schade das wir weiter weg wohnen)! Service sehr aufmerksam und professionell, super Weinbegleitung, tolles Ambiente, Essen genau das was man sich von einem Tim Raue vorstellt! Für uns persönlich könnten die Portionen auch etwas kleiner sein bei der Anzahl an gängen, wir waren sehr voll und konnten leider nicht alles aufessen was sehr schade für das gute Essen ist! Klar ist es nicht günstig aber das ist es wert!
