Wir waren das erste Mal im UCI Luxe. Zugegeben für einen Kartenpreis von 25,90 Euro pro Nase hatten wir schon ein bisschen was erwartet. Grundsätzlich war ich sehr angenehm überrascht über die Bequemlichkeit der Sitze und des großartigen Erlebnisses vom Imax und 3D. Aber leider hat es den ersten Eindruck nicht wieder verschwinden lassen. Sicher das UCI Luxe ist modern, aber die "Lounge" oder wie man den Platz vor der Ticketkontrolle auch bezeichnen mag, ist ein Trauerspiel. Abgenutzt. Teilweise kaputte Möbel wo das Innenfutter schon aus den Sesseln kommt. Es war mir unangenehm die Wartezeit dort zu verbringen. Das Personal schien stumpf, routiniert demotiviert. Noch nicht mal ein Lächeln und es war die erste Vorstellung des Tages. Nach der Vorstellung waren die Mülleimer überfüllt. Schien aber keinen zu stören. Die Toiletten hingegen machten einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Wir wollten danach nicht noch ein bisschen verweilen. Kurz um. Das Erlebnis von Imax, 3D und Bequemlichkeit war fantastisch und tröstet ein wenig darüber hinweg das nicht alles Luxe im UCI Luxe ist.
