Peppes Åsane har gått fra å være en standard helgekos, til et sted jeg har prøvd å bestille fra 2 ganger på et år uten hell. Sist gang var det fullstendig kaos. Når jeg kom for å hente maten fikk jeg beskjed om at maten er 5-10 minutter forsinket.. 25 minutter senere spurte jeg på nytt hvor manten ble av, og fikk samme beskjed. Maten er litt forsinket.. 5-10 minutter... Det er lov å miste kontroll, men det må da være mulig å kommunisere til kundene sine? Til slutt endte det med at jeg spurte om å få kansellere bestillingen min for å unngå å bruke hele lørdagskvelden der.. Fikk bare et "Ok".. Ingen "beklagelse"... Dette var siste sjanse..
