Maten var veldig bra, men servicen uteble. Man fikk følelsen av at vi var til bry av betjeningen. Dette kunne vært en veldig god opplevelse dersom de ansatte hadde levert.

Great burgers bursting with flavor! I was pleasantly impressed with the cheese inside the burgers - it's not often there's enough and it's good enough for you to actually taste it, and it makes a world of difference!

Went here with wife after comedy show for late night dinner. Its close to Grieghallen, so convenient for us. If you are in center of Bergen maybe the other Inside Rock restaurant is a better choice for convenience. Exterior not so inviting and abit run down. No parking around as i could see. Interior pretty cool with historic rock pictures and good quality rock music. Not to loud, but enough to enjoy. We came in and nobody was there to greet us. We got abit dirty vibes from when we entered. Floor and tables abit dirty from previous guests. The tables was abit sticky and furniture abit worn but not to bad. We understand this kind of place you should just choose a table and go to the bar and order. We went to the bar, and was waiting there quite a while before we just found the menus and just started browsing. The chef saw us and started yelling at the host/bartender. He came out from the back abit laidback and tired it seemed. A host should look respectable and take care of how he carry himself. Which was not the case. Demeanor was abit not caring overall, and not very friendly. He could not give any useful insights on the food either. I get to know from the chef that they use chuck steaks for the patties, around 20% fat, which tells me the burger should be pretty juicy and fatty. We ordered and paid at the bar and had to take our own water from the water station (the mugs havent been refilled all day, i could tell by all the air bubbles in it). Cutlery and sauces we also had to bring ourselves to the table. The food came pretty quickly. I ordered the smash burger with a extra patty which was very good. Juicy meat seasoned just right. Good amount of cheese and pickles and dressing in the salat which complemented each other perfectly. I give the food 4 stars because the fries was nothing extra ordinary. Just ordinary and could be more crispy. Host/bartender did not check in on us or anyone else at all while eating. Left feeling satisfied with a good quality smashburger but also abit underwhelmed by the lack of service. Left a bad taste in mouth. I would return though to the other restaurant in Bergen as the service and cleanliness is individual, to try the Orgasmatron burger with their home made honey mustard dressing. And their burgers are named after famous rock songs, which is a fun touch.
