We went for drinks and a dessert. Wines were okay. The tiramisu was okay, but ridiculously small for the price. The table next to us ordered two pizzas, only got one and waited for a long time for the second. In the process staff weren’t very nice to them. After, when paying, the boss seamed angry/upset with someone else trying to pay. Staff was nice to us, but all didn’t make a positive vibe. A typical chain that looks very nice but is not very good.

We were looking for places for dinner that night, and wandered through the entrance door that was ajar. Yes it was empty, we turned to leave when this rude female staff member promptly let us know they were closed and her displeasure was palpable, and that we had not read the opening hours on the door and how plain it was to see. After 30 years as an owner in the hospitality industry, this was not hospitality! Possibly a closed sign and shutting the door would solve your frustrations woman or move away from customer facing roles, clearly your to emotional for the role!!
