This subway just takes too damn long to make your food. They prioritise talking to one another over making sure your food is good, and even if you get your food! I’ve been here 20 minutes waiting for a single sub.

Since the introduction of the screens, quality and service have gone massively downhill. This is the third time I've not had a full order of ingredients - which is frustrating when I'm sitting down to eat 2 miles from the store. Salad was missing last time; seasoning this visit. Ironically I did ask before they wrapped and said everything was there. Staff don't seem to be following the instructions or there must be a disconnect between the ordering kiosk and what they're presented with on screen.
