As I approached the counter, I was greeted by James. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the different types of bread that were on offer. He talked he through the history of how Subway was formed and how much he liked working there. When I was eventually able to give him my order, he took his time, making sure that I got what I’d asked for. As I sat in the seating area, James again approached me to make sure I was enjoying my sub, which I was, in the end we sat and chatted for a while about his love of Subway. I’d def be back
