I always order from this branch & am always 100% pleased with the order. The food has always been lovely but this time the nachos were burnt to a crisp, I dont mean slightly burnt, I mean black like charcoal & I had to bin them. The cookies were also black except for the very middle & were practically unedible. The pizza & garlic pizza were really nice though. Usually I get a feedback text but didnt get one this time but later, after finishing the pizza, I discovered a voicemail from the driver saying we had to inspect the food at the door - never been asked this before either & my husband went to the door to collect it, not me, & he wasnt asked to inspect the food. All a bit strange this time 🤔 Hopefully next time will be as good as usual, just disappointed this time.
