I was completely blown away by the service given by the team at Mauds Lisburn Road this weekend. We were a complicated party to have in, with my father in a large wheelchair, a child in a high chair and also a child with severe allergies. The team were so accommodating and found us space to sit and enjoy our lunch. They went above and beyond with my child’s allergy needs too and really seemed to care (Mauds are a real exemplar in any branch I’ve been in for accommodating his allergies!) - compassionate, lovely people! Oh and the ice cream is always consistently great too - what more could you want?!

Today we were in Cafe Mauds which is a particular favourite of ours. I can't thank them enough for their care over my fiancé's gluten intolerance. I didn't catch the girl's name who took our order (she had short hair and lots of tattoos.) She was absolutely amazing checking the folder for allergies, informing the staff preparing our order and even going as far as bringing the packaging to us to be 100% sure that it was safe. I'd love if someone could pass on our thanks for our fantastic and thorough service! We can't wait to come back for more mixins!!
