My dad and I came here our first night in Belfast, since I had managed to trace our family to Sailortown and I wanted to visit a historical pub connected to the neighborhood culture, and it didn’t disappoint. There was live music and we had a good conversation with some of the bartenders who had gotten off their shift. The bar is well in touch with the working class spirit of the neighborhood and people there seem to be very into the Irish music scene.
