Went for the Whisky tour yesterday with a group of colleagues, taken by Sam. Absolutely brilliant! She's a superstar. Staff were incredibly friendly, very interesting tour and a beautiful building. Really recommend for anyone who fancies something a bit different in Belfast.

Really interesting tour. The space is recently rehabbed in the old Crumlin Gaol which was interesting. The actual equipment and info about how the whiskey is made is pretty standard, but Tristan was an awesome guide. Super knowledgeable about whiskey as a whole. I was traveling around the UK for the last few weeks and did a handful of distillery tours and he was the most knowledgeable by far- About history and nuances of whiskey making process in different areas etc.
