Fish bar is right. If you ask for chips you're waiting 10 minutes for them to be cooked. Fast food this isn't.

As a true Northerner, no offence, but I’ve always been dubious about FnC’s down South. I’ve tried a number of chippies in Bath and have always been left wanting, not here. I ordered a large fish, small chips, a fish cake and gravy on a Tuesday and it’s one of the nicest takeaways I’ve had in years, even better than my local. I then ordered food from here for the next three nights…..four in a row and I’m in Newcastle and want to order more. lovely crunch to the batter and you could wrap the food in kitchen towel and you’d hardly see a drop of grease. 10/10
