We love Caffè Nero coffee, so it was convenient to grab one on our way to visit Bath Abbey. Good service, but the toilet facilities were in need of a clean, plus, they were tiny toilets, you literally couldn't move!

I love the coffee unfortunately their tables are always grubby. There never seems to be sufficient staff and they don't seem that happy

I usually love to relax and people watch for a few moments before I start work. Sadly couldn't do that today as it was so flipping HOT 🥵🔥 in the High street, Bath branch. The poor hot and sweaty baristas informed me the air con wasn't working. Hope you get it repaired soon as I really feel for your lovely staff in this branch..... I couldn't stick around in that heat, but I will be back when it's cooler.
