Being pretty new to yoga I was a bit apprehensive about trying hot yoga but the team have been so welcoming, taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions. They’ve got a really good mix of classes and their facilities are excellent. I’ve been going for a couple of months now and would 100% recommend Yogakave.

Yogakave is by far the best hot yoga studio I have ever been to (I started doing hot yoga nearly 20 years ago, and travel a lot with work, so I’ve been to a lot of studios!). The studio itself is gorgeous (somehow managing to be both minimalist chic and invitingly organic), and the team are really welcoming. They recognised me by name from my second visit, and are always really approachable if you have any questions or need adaptations. The sequences are really well thought out, and there is plenty of variety to cater for all abilities and preferences, whether you want to develop strength, flexibility, have a dance-like feel with a cool vibe, or just relax in a gentle unwind or sound bath. It’s a great treat if you’re just visiting Bath, and an even greater treat if you live close enough to come regularly (they offer class passes which are great value). I love Yogakave - congrats to Alex, Joe and the team!
