Una joya de verdad en el barrio de El Born de Barcelona para los que saben de café (o quieren empezar a saber) En esta ciudad llena de locales bonitos pero cafés mediocres, esta cafetería es una excepción refrescante. Aquí no hay postureo ni espuma de más: solo café de especialidad, hecho por profesionales de verdad, con conocimiento, respeto al grano y mucha pasión. El tueste, el aroma, la textura… todo está cuidado al detalle. Es uno de esos pocos sitios donde el café sabe a café, no a excusa para un brunch. Si buscas calidad real, si te emociona una buena extracción y valoras la honestidad en la taza, este lugar te va a enamorar. Una parada obligada en Barcelona para quienes creen que el buen café no necesita trucos, solo oficio.
