The Mikkeller bar is located in the Elxample district, which locals jokingly call Beerxample. The area has literally caught beer fever, much to the delight of both residents and tourists.

The bar's interior is fully immersed in Nordic style, characterized by its restraint, soft lighting transitions, candles on tables with dripped-over candleholders, and high ceilings. At the bar, guests are offered 24 types of freshly brewed beer, along with dried meat, cod donuts, and mini sandwiches. For true beer connoisseurs, the bartender will gladly pour a frothy drink infused with beets or rowanberries.
