The Montjuïc Botanical Garden not only attracts crowds of tourists but also conducts meticulous work aimed at preserving Catalonia's natural heritage. It boasts the largest collection of Mediterranean plants.

The garden is located on the hill of the same name, between the Olympic Stadium and the castle. Covering a total area of 14 hectares, it is divided into two parts: the lower tier near the lake and the upper tier close to the house. In the garden, you can find many small streams and waterfalls that, due to the sloping terrain, flow into the pond located in the lowland area.

Todos los domingos a partir de las 3 de la tarde es gratis. Está bien diagramado y los bonsais son bonitos pero le falta mucho amor. Está bien que es verano pero estaban las plantas muy secas y la fuente de los lirios tenía olor

Fuimos por la tarde de verano y fue un paseo muy agradable. La zona es muy amplia e ideal para conocer in pequeño rincón de la ciudad que nunca habíamos vistado a pesar de vivir en ella. Muy recomendable para un plan tranquilo y relajante.
