สะพานรักษ์ทะเล บางขุนเทียน หรือสะพานเหลือง เป็นแหล่งท่องเทียวชุมชน เชิงนิเวศน์ ป่าชายเลน และชุมชนป่าชายเลน เดินทางสะดวก ถ้าไม่อยากเจอคนมากๆ ไปวันธรรมดา เสาร์ อาทิตย์ และวันหยุด คนจะมากหน่อย อาจขี่จักรยานไม่สะดวกนัก เวลาที่เหมาะ ควรไปถึงเช้าก่อน 9 โมง หรือ บ่าย หลัง 4 โมงเย็น เพราะแดดไม่แรงมาก แต่ถ้าไปเจอแดด ให้เช่าจักรยานขี่เข้าไปในอุโมงค์ต้นไม้ มีเงาร่มกันร้อนได้ ปากทางเข้า มีป้ายบอกชัดเจน และมีร้านเช่าจักรยาน 3-4 ร้าน ราคา 40 บาท ตลอดวัน หรือใครอยากได้จักรยานไฟฟ้า ราคาประมาณ 100 บาท ถ้าเป็น 3 ล้อไฟฟ้า นั่งได้ 2 คน ราคา 200 บาท ระยะทางจากทางเข้า ถึงชายทะเลอ่าวไทย ประมาณ 4-5 กม. ไปกลับ เผื่อไว้ 1 ชมแบบไม่รีบ ให้ระวังอย่าเข้าไปค่ำมาก กลางคืนบนถนนไม่มีไฟฟ้า ถ้าจักยานไม่มีไฟส่องสว่าง อาจขี่กลับออกมาลำบาก และโดนยุงกัดได้
